Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in any of our courses. By enrolling, you agree to comply with the policies outlined below.

1. Fee Payment Policy

  • Payment Deadline: Full course fees or the first installment must be paid within 3 days of the course start date or immediately after the conclusion of your free demo sessions, whichever comes first.
  • Installments: If a custom installment plan (EMI) is agreed upon, failure to pay on the due date may result in a temporary suspension of classes until the dues are cleared.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Strictly Non-Refundable: All fees paid to NodeToLearn (including registration fees, installments, and full payments) are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
  • We encourage all prospective students to attend our free demo classes to ensure the course curriculum and teaching style meet their expectations before making any financial commitment.

3. Attendance & Participation

  • Minimum Attendance: Students must maintain a minimum of 85% attendance throughout the duration of the course to be eligible for certification and placement assistance.
  • Leaves & Absences: Any planned leaves must be communicated to the respective mentor or admin at least 24 hours in advance. Unexplained consecutive absences for more than 7 days may result in batch termination.
  • Punctuality: Students are expected to arrive at least 5 minutes before their scheduled batch time. Late arrivals disrupt the learning environment.

4. Certification & Placement Assistance

  • Evaluation: Certificates are not guaranteed simply by enrolling. They are awarded based on the successful completion and evaluation of your final live project, assignments, and overall attendance.
  • Placement Rules: Placement assistance is provided to students who successfully clear their mock interviews and project submissions. Rejecting more than three legitimate interview offers arranged by the institute may void the placement guarantee.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Institute Property: Students are liable for any physical damage caused to computers, hardware, or property belonging to the institute due to negligence.
  • Discipline: We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against harassment, bullying, or unprofessional behavior towards mentors, staff, or fellow students. Violation will lead to immediate expulsion without a refund.

6. Changes to Terms

NodeToLearn reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page. Your continued enrollment after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
